Meredith Archibald brings over 25 years of extensive experience in project and program management, business transformation, and change management across diverse national and multinational industries. Her seasoned professionalism is marked by a successful track record, demonstrating her proficiency in building robust working relationships across organisations, customers, and suppliers.

 

Joining Device Technologies in 2012 as a Project Manager, Meredith's versatility and capability saw her transition seamlessly into Business Management, Sales, and Acquisitions. She played a pivotal role in leading the business's largest customer contracts, displaying her strategic vision and ability to navigate complex business landscapes effectively.

 

Meredith's unwavering dedication and exceptional skill set culminated in her appointment as the Director of Operations in September 2023. In this capacity, she assumes a critical leadership role, overseeing and optimising operational processes to drive efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the Device Technologies Group. Her capacity to set and deliver on short-term goals while aligning with long-term business objectives positions her as a key player in the company's strategic direction.
